As such, our HR outsourcing division’s focus is to provide small, medium to large organizations with administrative employees in either of the categories described.
Total Labor Outsourcing
This service line is intended to help organizations have a lean structure as well as staffing levels for efficiency, sustainability, and competitiveness. As such, CEAL fills this gap by listening to the organizational requirements and then provides quality staff to handle administrative functions such as human resources, customer care, call center, logistics, operations, and maintenance among others.
Due to the nature of the assignment and to ensure the longevity of talent involved in these functions, this service means these functions are fully outsourced to CEAL however, this goes beyond the short-term and long-term services described below.
Long Term Staffing (LTS)
Services offered under the LTS include all that is under STS below but also come with more skilled and critical staff including Accountants, Human Resources, Customer Care, Nursing, and
Contact Centre/call center among others.
The range for this category is 6 months to 12 months all renewable.
Short Term Staffing (STS)
Organizations may also want to hire staff to handle administrative duties on very short notice and terms. staff cleaning, waiters, drivers, cooks, filing/record keeping, accounts clerks, storekeeping, merchandisers, daycare, loaders, and artisans.
The range for this category is one day to 6 months all renewable.
