Our target is under 30 minutes in Nairobi and major towns, faster in high traffic zones near our bases. Response time in upcountry areas depends on distance to the nearest partner responder, and our dispatcher will give you a realistic ETA on the call.

Yes, CEAL is a PSIRA registered security provider. Every guard deployed to your site is vetted, trained and uniformed before they report for duty.
You can pay by M-Pesa, card or through your CRS account if you are a member. Corporate and insurance clients are billed directly under their existing service agreement.
In most cases yes, especially in Nairobi and other primary base towns. Call our line directly rather than using the online form if you need someone deployed the same day.
This mostly happens with difficult terrain or very remote locations after dark. Your dispatcher will explain the delay, agree a safe interim plan with you and confirm the next available pickup window.
No. We offer both one-off cleaning jobs and ongoing contracts. We will recommend what fits your size and budget.
CRS members can watch their assigned truck live on the map inside the app from the moment it is dispatched until it arrives. Non members receive SMS or WhatsApp updates instead.
No, walk-in and one-off requests are welcome. Membership simply gives you faster booking, live tracking, digital invoices and preferential rates on repeat jobs.
