These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Concierge East Africa Limited ("CEAL", "we", "us", "our"), including towing and roadside rescue, security, and cleaning services, and our CRS operations platform at crs.concierge.co.ke. By requesting a service, using CRS, or connecting a third-party account such as QuickBooks Online to CRS, you agree to these Terms.
CEAL provides towing and roadside rescue, security, and commercial cleaning services across Kenya. Pricing, availability, and response times depend on service type, location, and conditions at the time of request, and will be confirmed with you before or during service delivery.
CRS is our internal operations platform used to manage job dispatch, invoicing, and customer records. Access to CRS is provided to CEAL staff, outsourced service partners, and business customers as applicable to their role. Accounts are for use by the authorized individual or organization only and should not be shared.
Invoices are generated based on confirmed job details and fares. Payment terms, methods, and due dates are as agreed with your account or as stated on the invoice. Business customers who connect their own QuickBooks Online account may have approved invoices synced into their QuickBooks company for their own accounting purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you connect a QuickBooks Online account to CRS, you authorize CRS to create and update Customer, Invoice, and Payment records in that QuickBooks company on your behalf, limited to the records described in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect this integration at any time from within CRS; doing so stops future syncing but does not remove records already created in QuickBooks. You are responsible for reviewing synced records in QuickBooks and for your own use of QuickBooks Online, which is provided by Intuit Inc. under its own terms.
You agree not to misuse CRS or our services — including attempting unauthorized access to accounts or data, submitting false job or billing information, or using the platform for any unlawful purpose.
While we take reasonable care in delivering our services and operating CRS, CEAL is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from service delays, third-party system outages (including QuickBooks Online or other connected services), or events outside our reasonable control.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services or CRS after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
