CEAL operates a primary base in Kisumu, covering the city and the wider western Kenya region around the clock.
Kisumu is one of CEAL's four primary bases, alongside Nairobi, Mombasa, and Nakuru, so breakdowns in the city and along the surrounding routes are handled by our own fleet rather than a partner network alone. This covers the Kisumu-Kakamega, Kisumu-Busia, and Kisumu-Kericho routes as well as the city centre itself.
Our Kisumu-based operators provide flatbed and wheel-lift recovery, jump-starts, and accident recovery, and liaise directly with insurers and fleet operators serving the region. Long-distance towing towards Nairobi or other western Kenya towns is coordinated from this base.
