CEAL operates a primary base in Mombasa, covering the island and the wider coastal region around the clock.
Mombasa is one of CEAL's four primary bases, alongside Nairobi, Kisumu, and Nakuru, giving us a dedicated local fleet rather than relying solely on partner responders. That means faster dispatch for breakdowns on Moi Avenue, Nyali Bridge, the Likoni ferry approach, and the routes leading out towards Malindi and the airport.
Our Mombasa-based operators handle flatbed and wheel-lift recovery, jump-starts, fuel delivery, and accident recovery, and coordinate directly with the same insurers and motor clubs we work with nationwide. Long-distance towing to and from Nairobi along the highway is also dispatched from this base.
